Accidental Death and Dismemberment

Philamlife will pay a percentage of the Principal Sum (i.e. amount of insurance) according to the schedule indicated below.

Permanent and Total Disability Indemnity

On the 7th month of continuous, permanent and total disability, Philamlife will pay a monthly cash benefit equal to 3% of the Principal Sum (less any amount paid or payable) for 32 months. If the named insured remains totally and permanently disabled one month after the 32nd monthly benefit payment, Philamlife will pay a lumpsum benefit of 4% of the Principal Sum.

Special Major Accidental Dismemberment or Loss of Use Coverage

Philamlife will pay 25% of the Principal Sum in addition to the Accidental Disablement provision if the named insured suffers an injury which results in any of the following losses.

Accidental dismemberment of loss of use of both hands.
Accidental dismemberment of loss of use of both feet.
Accidental dismemberment of loss of use of one hand and one foot.
Loss of sight of both eyes.

Special Compassionate Benefit

Philamlife will pay 2.5% of the Principal Sum up to a maximum of P100,000 in case of death not resulting from injury caused by accident.

Renewal Bonus

Philamlife will increase your original Principal Sum by 5% each year for the first five consecutive years. (Applicable only to the first P800,000 of the Principal Sum.)

Murder and Assault

Up to 50% of the benefits payable but not exceeding P100,000 for injury due to murder or any attempt thereof. Up to 100% of the benefits payable for injury due to homicide or any attempt thereof not occasioned by provocation of named insured.

Value Added Options

Medical Reimbursement

Philamlife will reimburse your actual medical expenses up to the specified amount you select provided that treatment begins within 30 days from the date of the accident.

Weekly Indemnity

Philamlife will pay the amount you select up to a maximum of 26 weeks, in case of temporary disability within 90 days from the date of accident.
